Fitou is a red wine appellation in the heart of the Languedoc-Roussillon area of southern France. Fitou itself is a small village just miles from the coast.

This is a classic red wine full of black fruit aromas, garrigue notes of fern, capers, rosemary and black olives. A complex rich wine that was partially (30%) aged in old wood casks.
