Description

Intense dry white wine. Brilliant straw yellow with fine tears. Dusty primary, especially floral nose with white stone fruit and flint.

Mouth-filling flavour with fine acidity and fresh bitter in fruity finish. Delicious wine to enjoy with wild salads, pastas, cold vegetable dishes, braised fish with creamy sauce, Waterzooi of chicken and vol-au-vent. Serving temperature: 10°C.
