Description

Aromas of quince and apple with toasted brioche, slight almond nuttiness. With hot days, cool nights and a constant breeze running through the vineyards, the wines remain fresh. The Saint Guilhem Le Désert Blanc is a combination of 11 different grape varietals, with Chardonnay playing a leading role.

The vines are all planted with in the same vineyard, picked simultaneously at harvest and co-fermented in stainless-steel tanks.  Pair with fresh oysters.
