This 100% Grenache Gris from Catalan France is a testament to how well this variety does close to its ancestral Spanish homeland. This is a bewitching wine, with waxy opulence and elegant finesse rarely found in wines made from Grenache Gris.

Ripe, juicy pear with eucalyptus and salty notes are woven together with luxurious, smooth texture and a long finish. Satiating and complex, it is also perfect for seafood, especially crab and  lobster. I also love wines like this as an aperitif, since the lower acidity is easier on an empty stomach.
